Join us on March 9th for an immersive Nourishing Self-Love Workshop with Lizan Bloom Coaching at When Nature Calls in the heart of Amsterdam. This is your moment to pause, breathe, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself in a warm and nurturing space


Why This Workshop?

In today’s fast-paced world, we often put ourselves last. We silence our needs, push through exhaustion, and forget the importance of self-love. This workshop is designed to help you slow down, quiet your inner critic, and embrace self-compassion in a powerful, lasting way.

Through interactive exercises, guided meditations, and a unique essential oil experience, you’ll gain the tools to:

What to Expect

1. Grounding Session –Start your journey by arriving in the present moment. We’ll take a deep breath together, set intentions, and create a space of support and healing.

2. Immersive Self-Love Workshop – Led by Lizan Bloom Coaching, this session is filled with playful and reflective exercises to help you lighten your emotional load and embrace self-compassion.

3. Gut-Loving Food Break – Enjoy nourishing snacks that support your well-being, including a warm soup, fresh bread with a homemade spread, and a delicious sweet treat, all provided by Happygut.food.

4. Visualization & Essential Oil Experience

Engage your senses and deepen your connection with self-love through scent and guided imagery. You’ll also take home a handcrafted essential oil blend to continue your journey.
