To all the moms out there, this session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and carve out space just for you. Our 60-minute breathwork practice is designed to help mothers find a moment of rest, release, and renewal in a peaceful and supportive setting.
Why Breathwork?
Breathing is one of the most accessible yet powerful tools for cultivating balance and ease in both body and mind. Through intentional breath patterns, we can shift our internal state, encouraging relaxation and presence. Breathwork is often used to quiet the mind, release built-up tension, and create a sense of clarity—something especially valuable for mothers.
What to Expect:
Guided by Valesca (a mom herself), this session will take you through a series of breathing techniques designed to bring awareness to your breath and body. As you settle into the practice, you may notice a sense of spaciousness, a release of emotional or physical tension, and a deeper connection to yourself.
At the end of the session, you’re invited to join an optional sharing circle, offering a space to reflect, connect, or simply listen in a supportive environment with fellow moms.

How to Prepare:
To get the most out of your breathwork session, we recommend the following:

Eat lightly or fast beforehand – It’s best to practice on an empty stomach or after a very light meal to ensure comfort during deep breathing. Avoid heavy foods at least 1-2 hours before the session.

Wear comfortable clothing – Choose loose, breathable clothing that allows for unrestricted breathing and movement.

Arrive a 10 minutes early to settle in and allow yourself to fully unwind.
Contraindications:
This session is not suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

Mothers less than 12 weeks post-partum.

Heart conditions or recently placed stents

Current or past psychotic disorders

Pregnancy

Epilepsy
