Co-hosted by Noco and Yasa Club at When Nature Calls Center for Self Optimisation, this holistic event blends the wisdom of Ayurveda, dynamic Vinyasa movement, and the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra to restore balance to your mind and body.
The session includes:

An Ayurvedic self-assessment to discover your unique constitution.

30 minutes of energizing movement to awaken your energy.

A 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice for profound rest and renewal.

A sharing circle to reflect on your experiences, insights, and personal journey.
To complete the experience, enjoy matcha and Ayurvedic bites (included in ticket) while connecting with like-minded individuals.
